You plan and coordinate the individual services granted by the cost carrier You build a viable relationship with people with support needs You work in person-centred according to the requirements of the Federal Dispute Act You promote the participation of people in society and thus the social area and support the development of more self-employment and the independence of services You work with members, legal supervisors, service providers and other cooperation partners You design crisis and conflict management solution-oriented You are willing to accept weekend services and willingness to call You aim to document the course of your psychosocial work according to standardised requirements

You have a training as an occupational therapistin, specialist nursein, educator*in or a study of social work, social education, education or comparable professional qualification Ideally, you have experience in working with people with mental disabilities, as well as a well-founded knowledge of psychiatric illnesses, supply structures and current social legislation You understand the support of the people entrusting us as a professional service that you exercise with empathy, clarity, respect and appreciation You can organize well, are reliable and responsive, especially in stressful times You show communication strength and conflictability and work independently and at the same time team-oriented You are interested and willing to actively shape change processes You bring interest and willingness to carry out tasks beyond the field You are safe to use the current MS Office products and database applications You have a valid license
