Test Manager – IT / Digital Solutions Public Administration (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the quality and availability of German pension insurance’s eAntrag-Internet applications and support agile development through professional test strategies and procedures You take over responsible planning, coordination and implementation of professional and non-functional tests and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (GDPR, BSI-Grundschutz, BITV 2.0) You create, maintain and answer test concepts, test specifications and cases, perform audits comprehensible, document results and prepare release recommendations Based on a systematic analysis, you evaluate results, identify deviations, errors and risks and document them completely You accompany the follow-up and evaluation of bug fixes in close coordination with the participating development and project teams In addition, you contribute to the development, maintenance and development of test environments and contribute to continuous quality assurance as well as to the optimization of test and development processes in interdisciplinary projects The tasks could be a safety-sensitive activity. You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or administrative sciences as well as professional experience in test management and software quality assurance, ideally in governmental or governmental IT projects Safe handling of common test, automation and collaboration tools (e.g. qTest, Tosca, Playwright, Jira, Confluence) is your profile as well as a basic understanding of test automation concepts You bring knowledge of agile approaches (ideally SAFe) and experience in hybrid project environments with You have a basic technical understanding of software architectures, databases, APIs as well as interfaces and are able to analyze logs and track technical error images In addition to your analytical and structured way of working, you are characterized by a high self-initiative, a sense of responsibility, team skills and very good German skills in word and writing. The willingness to carry out necessary trainings and, even on several days, on missions and on service outside the usual hours of service is also assumed.
