A 13 BBesO (higher service), E13 TV EntgO-DRV (higher service) Activity As an IT service provider of pension insurance, the data center of pension insurance (DSRV) continuously implements new IT services and manages them in production. DSRV acts as a central data acquisition and distribution agency for pension insurance providers, other social security institutions and communication partners outside pension insurance.

Own-responsible taxes and implementation of customer requirements for the (further) development of electronic IT procedures and realisation of IT projects Accepting the ongoing requirement analysis and conceptually defining the developed IT services Analyzing planned and actual legislative and other legal changes for the task Conducting information events and training Representation of the area in internal and external working and specialist groups and bodies Completion of forum templates, newsletters and opinions Active application of management tools for personnel development and operational health management

Successfully completed university education (Bachelor or Diplom FH) in the field of administrative or social security law, public administration or business informatics with multiannual work experience or a comparable qualification (for example as a social security specialist); or an IT-specific qualification) with multi-year job-relevant professional experience or a successfully completed vocational training in the field of IT, administrative or social security law with long-term job-relevant professional experience First experience in the professional management of teams or project teams First experience and knowledge in coordinating and controlling agile workflows and monitoring work results Methodological basic knowledge of personnel development and management A strong customer orientation and coordination capabilities, a sovereign appearance, address-oriented communication and openness to changes and innovations complete your profile
