sole entrepreneurial responsibility for the production unit “Confection”: leadership of an area with approximately 60 employees (approximately 17 direct reports) in manufacturing and office as well as responsibility for all processes along the fields of technical development, product development, manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, internal customer support, IT systems, occupational safety, etc. Strategic development and realignment of production strategy based on market requirements and in coordination with the pan-European corporate strategy, building a technological advance through investment in automation, robotics and digitalization (Industry 4.0). Improving efficiency, productivity and utilisation: Developing and implementing measures to increase productivity in a challenging environment with high process complexity as well as optimizing resource use incl. Personal, material and surface efficiency. Leadership and development of production and office teams, in particular through continuous process optimization, (scientific) promotion of clear role profiles and strengthening cross-departmental cooperation in purchasing, logistics and supplier management. Responsibility for the further development of technical processes and special machines: technical responsibility for the operation and further development of unique systems in the field of plastic finishing (e.g. high-speed laser technology, stamping technology). Cooperation with the works council and compliance with labour law standards. Close cooperation with the management and regular, direct reporting to it. International Group Networking and Representation of the Site in Various Networks of the Technoform Group and Active Strategic Exchange in the International Business Network.

Technical training or studies related to mechanical engineering, process engineering, automation or related areas; ideally additional qualifications in the field of production management, lean management or industry 4.0. Multiannual leadership experience in industrial production, ideally in a manufacturing company with small series or individual production plants, or with comparable process and automation depth; at best experience in handling special machines, automation technology and robot-assisted manufacturing. You have the ability to evaluate and advance technological developments. You will also live a visionary leadership style that inspires and motivates employees. Entrepreneurial thinking is the basis for your daily action – and you appreciate the constructive cooperation with other managers/team management as well as the management.
