Responsible management of complex development projects in the field of electronics & software Close cooperation with system engineers and product managers to develop innovative solutions Planning and control of resources and close coordination in the project management team Ensuring functional safety and compliance with quality standards Responsibility for costs, dates and quality of your projects Leadership of interdisciplinary teams and control of external development partners Active participation and further development of project structures and processes

Funded technical understanding in electronics and/or software development Multiannual experience in the management of development projects, presented in the railway environment or safety-relevant industries Experience with classic and/or agile project management methods Secure handling of common tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA, Microsoft 365) Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and sovereign appearance against internal and external stakeholders Cooperative and trusting leaders with the ability to motivate teams and successfully lead projects to the goal Good English knowledge of word and writing
