Damage assessment: inspection of the damages site (also short-term), examination of coverage and scope of insurance and documentation of complex damages Negotiations: Own-sponsible negotiations with claimants, experts and other parties to clarify the situation and the level of damage Damage reduction: introduction and control of measures to mitigate damage and the determination of the exact amount of damage in the event of material and operational interruption damage Regulation: Nearly final regulation of large-scale damage in the area of private and business, as well as the initiation of payment of compensation Complexity management: Solution of complex facts in close cooperation with your team you can rely on – and vice versa Reporting: Requirement and preparation of investigation and regulation reports and review of regression possibilities Moderation: Heading and moderation of regulatory commissions for particularly demanding damages

Education: Completed studies (e.g. civil engineering, architecture, law, energy/building technology) or comparable commercial vocational training Qualification: Detectional experience in large-scale damage regulation or many years of experience in damage regulation are essential Competence: Building/technical understanding and imagination as well as interest in insurance issues – practical experience in property damage processing or craft areas (house building, architecture, sanitation, fire brigade) is a plus, but no need Operation: Service- and customer-oriented thinking and action as well as the ability to master complex challenges analytically independently Communication: Impressed communication strength, safe and professional appearance, negotiation skills and problem-solving competence in difficult conversation situations Decision strength: decision-making power, enforcement capacity and ability to make clear decisions even in printing situations Digital Skills: application knowledge in common Microsoft Office applications and openness for new digital tools and media Mobility: readiness for regular service trips, passenger ticket as well as a high level of organisational ability and self-employed work within your decision-making powers
