Pharmacist / Project Manager in Development (m/f/d)

You control the galenical development of various medicines: You coordinate your projects with responsibility – from time planning to customer communication; At the same time, you are responsible for the process technology and therefore with us DER Experte (m/w/d) for your products. In other words, without you, your products do nothing.

We work up to OEB 6 and, depending on the order, supervise studies on product and process characterization as well as clinical phases 1 to 3 until market launch. You are responsible for the production of test preparations, active products and placebos – sometimes in small batches. You can write reports about all developments and document everything you do – as usual in the GMP environment.

Customer communication makes a significant part of your work. Regularly you have to do it with both emerging start-ups and the Big Five of the pharmaceutical world as well as with many nationalities. Japanese, American, Swiss... all have their own way. Your empathy and flexibility are therefore in demand. And of course your English. Where you will grow into the specialist vocabulary quickly.

Your studies in pharmacy or pharmaceutical technology should have you in your pocket, at best also a doctorate in pharmaceutical technology. And the more knowledge you have in granulation, tabletting, capsulating, film coating, roll compaction and similar topics, the better. Great if you already know something about PAT and QbD; Not to forget MS Project, because we do our complete project planning.
