Completed law or BWL studies focusing on human resources management or a comparable qualification Funded knowledge in the right to work, collective and employee representation, in particular in the context of the Church Management experience Impressed communication strength, flexibility and keenness to decide, diplomacy and negotiation skills, viability and solution orientation Membership in a Christian Church (ACK) and willingness to participate in our divine life In the event of an intended setting, the presentation of a guide certificate is necessary
