Are you looking for a management task with collegial cooperation and the common goal of developing the supply of children and young people? Then you are exactly right at station 47 and, together with the tandem, actively shape the nursing processes and the care. The station 47 in the Vivantes Klinikum Friedrichshain is a general acute and infectious station with attached child rescue center and provides newborns, infants, young children and school children as well as young people up to 18 years. The service is provided in an experienced, multi-professional team and includes first and emergency care as well as assistance in diagnostic and therapeutic interventions. The management concept is based on shared leadership and is based on a partnership and collegial leadership in tandem.
