You enter the IT infrastructure of our customers: in the education sector (schools & kitas) and medium-sized companies You receive enquiries by phone, e-mail or ticket system and are the first contact point for technical challenges You create, process, delegierst service tickets and provide IT-Helpdesk advice with simpler problems You manage user accounts, perform updates on the network and provide technical documentation You configure client systems and run Troubleshooting as well as routine alerts directly on site or by remote maintenance You advise our customers: patient and competent in the use of their IT landscape

You have an education/training or retraining in the IT field, for example as IT customer support:in You are also welcome to us as a cross-income: with an affinity for IT - we will bring you everything else You have knowledge of German in C1 level, you have the strength to communicate with our customers: You work structured and systematic, which completes your profile
