Management competence: You guide your team from 15 technical specialists with clarity, empathy and target orientation – and promote self-responsibility, expertise and cohesion.

Team development: You accompany your team in its professional and personal development and create an environment where motivation, learning and open communication are obvious.

Close to practice: You support day-to-day operations, accompany complex technical issues and ensure smooth customer-oriented order processing.

Technical understanding: You are responsible for the creation of technical solutions and drawings, as well as the analysis and processing of technical remakes, thereby providing efficient and high-quality support for the sales team.

Interface management: You work closely with sales, service and external partners to coordinate processes and continuously improve customer experience.

Process optimisation: You recognize potential for improvement, develop new ideas and reduce throughput times and remake odds through structured measures.

Wide view: You think strategically, drive the further development of technical support and ensure a sustainable professionalisation of your responsibility.

Guide strength: You are a charismatic personality that promotes trust and appreciation within the team.

Experience: You have completed a degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable training and first leadership experience, e.g. as project manager.

Technical know-how: You have well-founded knowledge in mechanical engineering and first experience in project or product management.

Solution orientation: You recognize challenges early and find effective and sustainable solutions.

Change management: You master methods for continuous improvement of products, processes and teams.
