Group Risk Manager (m/w/d)

Strategic leadership and further development of the Group-wide Enterprise Risk Management System Building and implementing an integrated risk management architecture in close cooperation with Information Security, Data Protection, BCM and Crisis Management Management of the annual group-wide risk assessment across all 80+ locations and functional areas Development and maintenance of risk management policies, procedures and methods for the entire MANN+HUMMEL group Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and Presentation of Strategic Risk Assessments to Management Board and Supervisory Board Coordination of risk consolidation and aggregate with focus on cluster risks and risk correlations Monitoring risk sustainability in cooperation with treasury and development of early warning indicators Establishment and leadership of a high-performance risk management team with a corporate risk expert Advising management in strategic decisions with risk and development of recommendations for action

Education: Successful degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance or Engineering Professional experience: At least 8 years of experience in enterprise risk management, ideally in the automotive industry or in an international group Expertise: Funded knowledge of COSO II, ISO 31000, KonTraG, IDW PS 340 and professional risk management certification (FRM, PRM, CRM) First experience in modern GRC tools are desirable International readiness to travel is required for the global implementation and auditing of the RMS

Language knowledge: English language skills in word and writing are required Personality: Representative leadership qualities, strategic thinking, analytical skills and presentation strength in front of the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board Experience in leading international teams and change management processes Excellent communication skills to translate complex risk analyses into business recommendations
