Your tasks at a glance: Personnel requirement determination and adjustment for the respective layer in the packaging sector Rescheduling or post-booking of employees in short-term personnel failures Coordination of workflows during the shift Monitoring of occupational safety and compliance with all relevant and valid operating instructions Regular coordination with the office management and packaging and personal service providers

A completed training, e.g.:to the specialist warehouse:in, specialist for warehouse logistics, harbour master:in or a comparable qualification from logistics / port economy Multiannual professional and leadership experience in the field of business, like team management, shift manager:in, warehouse manager:in o. Practical experience in a packing station or storage during the planning and securing of cargo Expertise in the area of loading / handling, in particular on CTU packaging guidelines and HPE directive Knowledge of relevant safety and charge regulations (DGUV, operating instructions etc.) Communication strength in dealing with different stakeholders as well as secure German knowledge in word and writing Routinized application knowledge in MS Office and ERP systems
