SAP Consultant - HCM / SuccessFactors / ABAP (m/f/d)

You advise international customers in the design and optimization of their HR processes with SAP HCM as well as SuccessFactors and act as a central contact person. You take responsibility for the entire project cycle – from the requirement analysis to the design of tailor-made solutions to the successful go-live. You implement and configure the SAP HCM or SuccessFactors modules by customizing and secure the smooth operation of your support. You train the key users and users in workshops and enable them to use the full potential of the new HR system landscape. In close coordination with the specialist departments and developer teams, you are responsible for the precise implementation of technical requirements.

You bring several years of experience in the HR IT environment, ideally in consulting with SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors. You have successfully completed your studies in (economic) informatics, human resources management or a similar discipline. You have the pleasure of analyzing HR processes and designing digital solutions for your customers. With your expertise for IT systems and databases, you can quickly find yourself in complex technical landscapes. Ideally, you already bring basic knowledge in a programming language. In German (C1) and English (B2) you communicate safely and advise our customers.
