Head of Repair Multifunctional (m/f/d)

You establish and structure an interdisciplinary area of responsibility incl. Teams in the repair department and develop a participative, value-adding and clear leadership and work environment. You take courage to change, meet decisions and take responsibility for work security by ensuring risk assessments, operating instructions and the entire documentation. You ensure high time and product quality by using IT tools, planning instruments, leadership methods, FMEA/FA and a continuous improvement process. You control production and overhead cost budgets with targeted lean principles and implement the annual OPEX and CAPEX plans. You conduct discipline, promote personal development and ensure a professional appearance and work image in the inside and outside. You coordinate interfaces with AV, ENG, QS, project and use expert knowledge (PSM, PIE, etc.) for an effective shop-floor management and the further development of processes.

You have a completed technical training as well as a successfully completed further training for the industrial master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d). You have several years of professional experience in repair work and have already gained leadership experience. You bring well-founded knowledge in the electrical/tube or machine-building field of modern submarines, master English and are ready to complete foreign assignments as well as further training. You can plan, manage and successfully complete complex technical processes. You always trade in performance-oriented, bring about willingness to design and enforcement. You have strong organizational skills and are capable of communication and team. You show social competence, resilient working and adaptability. You represent the company professionally and promote the continuous development of your team.
