Tasks

Financial reporting: preparation of periodic financial reports, analyses and dashboards to track and present the financial performance and status of the company -Budgeting and Forecasting: Development of Budgets, Long-term Financial Plans and Forecasts to Support Business Goals and Identify Financial Engages or Chances

• Cost control: monitoring and analysis of cost structures, identifying cost-saving potentials and implementing efficiency measures -Business analysis: implementation of cost-effectiveness analyses, investment assessments and business assessments to support strategic decisions -Monthly financial statements: ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the monthly financial statements, including profit and loss account, balance sheet and cash flow -Compliance: Ensure that all financial activities and reports comply with statutory regulations and internal guidelines -Communication: Presentation of financial reports and analyses before management and support in explaining complex financial issues

Requirements profile

Completed studies in business, finance or related fields -Professional experience in the financial or controlling function -Funded knowledge in financial analysis, budgeting and cost management

• Control of financial software and MS Office, especially Excel -Analytical thinkability, accuracy and strong problem solving skills -Teamability and communication skills
