Testmanager Integrated Maritime Systems (m/f/d)

Ensure the quality and performance of our products by taking on the professional management and coordination of the system test team. In this key position, you are responsible for the design, implementation and documentation of system, acceptance and automated tests as well as the continuous development of our test infrastructure. You work with internal and external development teams across the site, support fault analysis and accompany field tests as well as tests in Germany and abroad. Your duties Technical guidance and coordination of system testers and monitoring of the progress of testing to ensure product quality and performance characteristics for integrated maritime systems for floating platforms and for the protection of critical maritime infrastructure Preparation of test specifications based on requirements as well as the design, production, evaluation and documentation of automated tests Implementation and documentation of system and acceptance tests for the products as well as execution of field tests and tests in Germany and abroad Participation in the integration of systems and test environments to be tested and support of system architects and developers in troubleshooting Continuous development and optimization of existing test systems, test infrastructure and test methods used Cross-site cooperation with internal and external development and testing teams to coordinate test activities

Complete technical studies or comparable technical qualifications Multiannual practical experience in test development, implementation, automation and documentation as well as initial experience in the integration of complex distributed systems Safe handling of Windows and Linux operating systems as well as basic know-how in request management, quality assurance and system development Good knowledge of word and writing Global readiness
