Head of Controlling / Corporate Management (m/f/d)

In the course of a succession, we are looking for a highly motivated, professionally competent and high-profile personality m/w/d as department management controlling / company management m/w/d.

As Head of Controlling/Enterprise Management m/w/d, you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the area and design its strategic development as a modern business partner for the entire group of companies. In this central role, you actively drive the BI transformation, develop data-driven control instruments and create the basis for sound management decisions. You support the management with meaningful analyses, provide robust planning, billing, controlling and reporting processes and establish a transparent, KPI-based corporate management system for the group, the entire company as well as the individual business and specialist areas. In addition, you are responsible for participation and service management within the group of companies and third parties and ensure their economic management and performance transparency. Through close cooperation with the departments, you promote economic and entrepreneurial thinking and actively support strategic and operational decisions.

Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as strategic further development of the Controlling/Enterprise Management division with two directly assigned executives and a total of around 20 employees in a direct line of reports on management Overall responsibility for integrated corporate and corporate planning based on individual business area planning including budgeting, billing, scenario analysis, performance reviews as well as profit, investment and project controlling Further development of controlling, control and reporting instruments towards automated data and KPI-based enterprise control including definition of key data systems, early indicators and target systems, as well as ensuring data quality, governance and system consistency Implementation of cost-effectiveness, deviation and potential analyses as well as derivation of well-founded recommendations for action on the sustainable increase in earnings and efficiency at group, company and business and department level Compilation of Management Reports on Business Development and Decision Templates for Management, the Supervisory Board and the Annual Shareholders' Meeting and Assessment of Regulatory, Energy and Strategic Developments, Takeover of Responsibility for Sustainability Reporting Accompanying M&A transactions, financial due diligence processes, corporate assessments and post-Merger controlling and integration projects Implementation of cost-effectiveness calculations as well as price/debate calculations. Management and further development of participation and service management including performance analyses and control models for strategic and economic management and further development of our company holdings and our service business Responsibility for the further development and monitoring of the company-related risk management system Strategic advice and active austerity for management as well as business and specialist areas to support sound business decisions and sustainable achievement
