As an IT project manager (m/w/d) with the focus on enterprise content management (ECM) and digital process management, you actively contribute to the digital transformation in the VGH association. You are responsible for projects focusing on the line and the Focus Digital modernization program. With your project team, you will implement requirements for digital processes as well as for the components of the ECM (input management, workflow, support window, output management) and the associated reporting in close cooperation with the departments and our IT service provider.

Planning, control and implementation of IT projects in the area of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and digital process management - both in line operation and in the modernization program Focus Digital Planning, design and implementation of ECM solutions to optimize document and process management Further development and continuous improvement of existing ECM systems and processes Integration and connection of new systems to the IT infrastructure in cooperation with our IT service provider Responsibility for the entire project life cycle – from planning to implementation to successful rollout Professional leadership of a project team as well as close cooperation with departments and IT partners Optimizing digital processes by implementing use cases to increase efficiency and automation

Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in IT project management, ideally with leadership experience and application of agile methods Funded knowledge in the implementation of ECM systems and in the digital process design Experience with modern ECM technologies such as OmnIA, Camunda, M/Text, M/OMS, d3 or similar tools Strong communication skills and the ability to understand complex technical issues Analytical thinking and conceptual strength, coupled with a fast conception Team orientation as well as a high degree of initiative and motivation, coupled with the willingness to actively shape change processes High conflictability and enforcement capability, as well as pronounced problem-solving competence and the ability to master challenges pragmatically
