Building planning of new and rebuilding measures in compliance with occupational safety, fire protection, insurance and legal regulations Communication with authorities and offices with regard to site assessments and implementation of projects coordinated with management Cost and time calculation of construction measures assignment and coordination of specialist planners Tendering, awarding and billing of construction works Monitoring or construction of the construction of general contractors or individual craftsmen. Consultation of works on structural questions and structural problems Fire protection assessments Creation of results reports, advice and information of management

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering (Bachelor, Master or Diploma) and several years of experience in planning, tendering (VOB+HOAI) or construction management Knowledge of common standards and regulations (e.g. MIndBauRL, ArbSättV) Self-employed, solution-oriented and exact operation Team skills in planning with the technical colleagues of the Central Technology at Harry Sovereign handling and interface coordination with architects, specialist planners and authorities Competent occurrence in general contractors and craftsmen In the case of unforeseen problems on site (e.g. at the construction site) and enforcement strength readiness to travel including incorporation in other locations
