Working Students for Communication Management Infrastructure Projects (m/f/d)

In the Central Services department, the Infrastructure Communication team is responsible for the early, transparent information of the public about construction measures in the public transport area and related traffic restrictions. Every year, we inform residents, traders and other stakeholders about 100 construction measures and continuously expand communication to infrastructure projects at tram, metro and bus. Together with the field, you work on the textual and graphical processing of technical information (e.g. traffic sign plans, location plans etc.) for communication media such as e.g. B. Flyer, presentations and website contributions You support the organisation and implementation of citizen information events as well as internal and external presence dates The team is happy to help you in the commercial handling of commissioned communications services and to answer customer inputs to our infrastructure projects You participate in the processing of information and contributions for the internal communication of the Infrastructure business unit and assist in the award of orders to external service providers

currently at least 12 months in the course of study Public Relations, Corporate and Economic Communications, Media Management, Urban and Regional Planning, Transport, Urban Planning and Mobility with a focus on public relations or a comparable course of studies very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. good written English skills (min. language level B2) In addition we look forward to MS Office Knowledge (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Knowledge of software applications such as inDesign, Adobe Acrobat, SAP, Onventis and/or QGIS first practical experience, e.g. through internships, training or student work
