Strategic and organisational control of the areas of “special housing” and “outpatient social psychiatry” (ASP) in the management team under the Department of Social Psychiatry Planning and coordination of the social psychiatry specialist, incl. Service and deployment planning ensuring occupational health, health promotion and quality assurance; Support for concept development Professional and disciplinary leadership and promotion of further and further training Operational controlling, e.g. utilisation, budget monitoring and reporting development and maintenance of networks; Representation of the institution to the outside (on behalf of the department manager) Implementation of preventive measures and crisis management Active participation and impulse in the change process of the PST gGmbH
