You develop reporting and analysis approaches, derive relevant insights from data and support specialist areas as well as management with loadable insights. In this role, you work on topics relevant to operational and strategic decisions. You make sure that information is based on understandable and resilient decision-making - and you are actively involved in developing analytics in the company:

You develop reports, dashboards and analysis tools and continuously optimize existing solutions. In doing so, you prepare data, analyze relationships and guide well-founded action recommendations for operational and strategic decisions. You create ad hoc analyses, evaluations and decision templates for specialist areas and management. Existing reports and key figures are critical, identifying potential for improvement and introducing new analysis approaches, key figures and data models. You actively participate in the design and implementation of digitalization projects. In close cooperation with internal stakeholders from different business areas, you work at the interface of data, business and management. Take a role with a visible influence on decisions and developments in the company and get the opportunity to actively shape it. You develop professionally in the fields of analytics, reporting, key number systems and data models and become part of an environment that actively promotes data-driven work.

A completed study of business informatics, business management, data/business analytics or a comparable subject form the basis of your profile. Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the fields of reporting, business intelligence, sales management, controlling or analytics, for example through internships, work-studierende activities or a first professional station. With the most popular MS Office applications, you are sure to go around. First contact points with reporting or BI solutions such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI or Analysis for Office are of advantage. You have pronounced analytical skills and translate complex questions into structured analyses.
