WO YOU WITH ANPACK KANNST

• The tasks include, in particular, Germany-wide/regional visits to doctor’s practices for installation, adaptation (including medical device connection) and training of the practice team of our medical practice software for Mac, iPhone and iPad.
• With corresponding experience and suitability, consulting dates of practical workflow analyses and optimizations are also possible.
• During your office days, you take the telephone and written answer to customer and interested parties questions regarding the use of our software, network and device connection as well as hardware to be purchased.
• In order to get started in this position, you do not necessarily have to live in Thuringia, because we are looking for active support throughout Germany. Our colleagues usually work together from home from the Home Office or one of our offices or on site with customers and customers, which requires a certain readiness to travel on your site.
• A part-time job is also possible, but it would be ideal if you could sacrifice at least 30 hours of your time per week for us.

WHAT DO MUST HAVE

• You have an outstanding understanding, learning ability and skills in technical and analytical thinking.
• Your professional and friendly appearance in communication with our customers and interested parties is yours.
• First experience in the technical medical practice field or Medical technology would be a big plus.
• In addition, knowledge in the administration of macOS and Mac machines (including Windows Parallels) and networking (IP, routing logs, router configuration, VPN) as well as the development of shell scripts would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Tomcat, SQL servers like PostgreSQL, PHP, AppleScript would be great.
• In order to be able to grasp this correctly, it is imperative that you master German at least on C1 level.
