Project Manager Operation (m/f/d)

You are responsible for managing the entire manufacturing process. The creation, continuous updating and maintenance of the result, decision and process documentation up to the final delivery item to the client are your tasks. The professional leadership of the team members assigned to you (m/w/d) is your responsibility. You name and terminate the necessary building and construction documents. You will accompany the ongoing work of the shipbuilders via the responsible project managers. You organize and coordinate the commissioning, testing and delivery (STW, HAT, SAT). You are responsible for the warranty processing in the subproject assigned to you. You are placing the technical degree of completion in the subproject. You support error management. You coordinate, organize and implement customer reviews relevant to manufacturing.

You have completed a technical university study and obtained the IPMA‐Level‐C certification. You bring many years of professional experience in a comparable position. Your team skills and openness to other cultures are yours. You are flexible and have leadership qualities, technical understanding and self-initiative. Your good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
