Head of Project Controlling & Costing Department (m/f/d)

In your role, you take on the construction and management of the project controlling and costing department. You are responsible for building and expanding a powerful project controlling and associated project reporting. The cost and offer calculation in projects and in the context of offers/campaigns as well as the price-law-compliant creation of calculations is one of your tasks. The management and execution of price checks with the contracting authority is your responsibility. You support the Corporate Controlling in monthly accounts and financial planning. You introduce software solutions for project controlling and costing. In addition, you harmonize the processes in your department.

You have a degree in economics or a similar qualification. You have been able to earn several years of professional experience in project controlling in ship/large-scale construction or industry. Ideally, you have first leadership experiences and experience in public price law. You are characterized by a proactive, reliable way of working. We presuppose enforcement, negotiation skills and team skills and a good social competitor. A very good communication strength and excellent knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
