Expert for preventive fire protection (m/f/d)

You serve our customers in the region of Bremen, Niedersachsen, Hamburg or Berlin and support them in the case of fire protection issues within the scope of approval planning up to execution. You take place dates for inventory, visits and consultations with the customer and advise them on fire protection issues. As a project manager (m/w/d), you create fire protection concepts as well as fire protection opinions and expert opinions. You take over the technical coordination with the project participants, the authorities and the competent fire brigades. Internally control and coordinate your projects in the team and ensure that your concepts are implemented graphically. You undertake the preparation and pre-examination of fire protection concepts as part of the test engineering activity.

You have successfully completed your architectural and/or civil engineering studies or a similar technical course of study and have developed into an expert for preventive fire protection. You have already demonstrated your knowledge and skills and have first experience in standard and special construction. In dealing with customers, architects, specialist planners and authorities, you have a friendly, safe and convincing appearance. You are characterised by an independent, structured and responsible way of working and know how to deal with building law and with guidelines. You are at the heart of time in terms of trends and developments in fire protection and are interested in attracting and developing new knowledge. You are creative and are happy to work together on intelligent solutions.
