Interim Lead HR Business Partnering

In this temporary part-time function, you support our HR Business Partnering Team as a competent contact person (m/w/d) for executives and employees in employment and personal business issues. You contribute to ensuring a smooth running of operational HR processes and assist in implementing central HR initiatives. You translate company and sector requirements into concrete people topics and help develop practical solutions. In addition, you support internal change processes and cultural initiatives – in close coordination with the team and the executives. The close cooperation with different interfaces, such as the Works Council, is also part of your activity. You run a 7-strong team that is constantly evolving and aligned to meet the future challenges. Promoting close cooperation within the team

Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, psychology, law or comparable qualifications – ideally with HR focus Multiannual experience in operational personnel work, ideally in an international environment and with focus on change processes or organisational development Very good knowledge of working law and the handling of operational co-determination bodies Experience with modern HR systems A structured, solution-oriented and reliable way of working as well as the joy of working together in the team Communication strength, empathy and a good feeling for people and organizations Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation High initiative, reliability and decision-making Analytical thinking and affinity for data-based JOBV1_EN
