Development and implementation of capacity building measures in the field of compliance with donor policies at global level in coordination with regional financial coordinators Advice on global donor testing at regional and national level as well as monitoring of similar audits in coordination with the regional financial coordinator and risk and compliance. Advice and support in the development and implementation of projects from the concept phase to the final report with a focus on financial and compliance aspects. Regular exchange with relevant donor contacts as well as close contact with colleagues in the headquarters and the regional and country offices.

Professional qualifications and experience Required: University degree (BA/BSc) in a relevant field (e.g. business management or related field) at least 5 years of professional experience comprehensive knowledge of the regulations of German and/or European donors (AA, BMZ and ECHO, EuropeAid). Experience in offering, coordination and reporting with international and national NGO partners. Experience in budget development and analysis. Experience in capacity building in coordination with employees in the headquarters, country offices and partner organisations Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing are required; further language skills are desirable.

Remarkable: Professional experience with other donors (e.g. UN, Middle East agencies, NORAD, SWISS) and the respective donor regulations Knowledge of trends in the industry, including relevant donors and their financing strategies Ability to reliably coordinate parallel processes with different stakeholders at different locations

Skills excellent team skills and excellent intercultural communication skills Knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of how to use online platforms for sharing files and cooperation excellent knowledge of English in word and writing. Other language skills are advantageous
