Specialist People Payroll & Time (m/f/d)

Efficient pay billing: The implementation, control and safeguarding of the pay billing of an assigned group of employees is your responsibility. Make sure all processes flow smoothly and are always correct. Reliable contact person: As a contact person for our employees and time representatives, you will be able to discuss all the topics of time with advice and action. Competent advice: For employees, social security providers and authorities, you are the first point of contact for wage tax and social insurance issues and ensure that all concerns are answered competently and promptly. Careful data management: You will ensure the maintenance of personal master and movement data in our HR system, which will make you significantly contribute to the efficiency of our processes. Analytical evaluations: You create ad hoc evaluations and are contact persons for regular reporting, so that information always flows clearly and comprehensiblely. Annual provisions: You address minor issues within the framework of the annual provisions and contribute to the accuracy and transparency of our financial planning. Teamwork: You agree to contractual matters in the People Services Team and work together to optimize our processes. Project Participation: Exciting and different projects drive you to advance topics such as process optimization and digitization together with your HR team to find innovative solutions for our employees.

Completion & experience: A completed commercial training or a successfully completed business studies with a focus on personnel qualify for this position. You will also bring several years of professional experience in the area of Payroll & Time. You will be able to draw knowledge of tax, tariff, social security and labour law as well as very good knowledge of SAP/R3 HR and SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central). Personal characteristics: team skills, self-employment, structure and high quality standards for your work are characteristics that Turn it off. You speak fluently German and ideally master English in word and writing. Open ear: You help our employees in administrative matters and create tasks independently to organize and support team-internal projects.
