Clear tasks:

• Determination of the needs of the target market and target customers
• Development of new market access routes and new reference customers
• Establishment and operational management of a small sales team for the target market SMEs
• Construction and maintenance of existing customer relationships
• Show the possible applications of our software products for customer solutions
• Close cooperation with marketing to develop joint strategies and product development to further develop the offer
• Intelligent combination of sales at personal level and digital sales

Strong Skills:

• Professional experience in B2B sales, ideally experience in software sales for small and medium-sized companies
• Enthusiasm for our products and their contribution to customer use
• Passion in taking and developing people
• High IT affinity and a good technical understanding.
• Understanding modern software solutions and processes in the SME market
• Strong drive for innovative and customer-centric product impulses
• Self-employed and structured work
• Friendly, service-oriented appearance with the aim to inspire customers
