Incident Manager (m/w/d) - IT Support

Together with the team, you take responsibility for the continuous development of the Incident Management of LVM, taking into account regulatory requirements. In particular, in the IT-Helpdesk (user service) you ensure stable operational implementation. Continuous development of the (KI‐) tool set incl. Supporting individual software solutions is your responsibility. You optimise and design new process solutions across the entire IT@LVM and successfully implement them. Efficient cooperation with the various interfaces within the IT@LVM is guaranteed. You work in cross-disciplinary projects. In addition, if required, you support existing IT problem coordination, escalation management, major incidents, user-related communication and troubleshooting.

You have a completed (economic) computer science study or a comparable qualification. Finding experience in incident management after ITIL brings you with and is ideally certified. You have practical experience with various ITSM tools and a very good understanding of IT-technical relationships. Secure appearance, enforcing and pronounced communication skills characterize you. Experiences in system integration and development are desirable. You are ready for flexible working hours incl. Shift and standby services. Engagement, readiness and professionalism complete your profile.

Salary: You receive a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). In addition, you receive holiday and Christmas money as well as extensive social benefits - including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.

Homeoffice: Depending on the location and arrangement with your leadership, you can choose between different home office models. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment, you will receive a unique home office tray of 800 € gross.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. In this case, any overtime that has been completed is of course paid out or can alternatively be compensated for by leisure.
