Economic, operational and qualitative overall responsibility for our orders, especially at Munich Airport – from planning to billing Main contact partner for our customers, processing order adjustments and escalations, participation in review and strategy appointments Technical and disciplinary management of the object lines and teams, including the incorporation, training and further development of employees Implementation and control of Sasse standards, performing regular object and process checks, ensuring documentation and accounting Close cooperation with internal interfaces (e.g. HR, Sales, IT, QS) and regular exchange with management and customers

completed studies preferably in a technical course or Industrial Engineering, Facility Management, or Completion as a master/technician in a technical/artisanal structure (e.g. electric, HLKS, building cleaning) Multiannual professional experience with comparable requirements (personal guidance, service management, customer communication) Outstanding leadership skills and experience in managing a larger employee base Impressed communication strength and service orientation Secure handling of IT (e.g. MS-Office) and the digital systems used Knowledge of contract law/prescriptions/calculation Experience in planning and implementation Experience in performance and performance documentation High ownership, visibility and expertise Flowing German in Word and Writing, possibly English B2
