Junior Trainer (f/m/d)

As a Junior Trainer (f/m/d), you will provide high quality training to our customers' users and enable them to use our software TVT (text verification tool) in a professional and efficient manner.

Your key responsibilities

Schedule training sessions and data enter in our CRM system Conduct trainings on the use of our TVT software – on-site and online Follow-up on training sessions (certificates, training surveys, feedback, etc.) Manage our e-learning portal and create content with internal and external stakeholders Assist our Product Support with handling tickets and creating Help Center articles

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, e.g. in a field search as Languages, Media, Communication, Marketing or Design – other fields are welcome You bring teaching experience (on-site and online) – a trainer certification is a plus but not mandatory You are enthusiastic about teaching and working with people with the ability to present complex topics in a concise and understandable manner You have gained some experience in a customer-facing role search as customer service, first level support, or equivalent Basic knowledge of graphic design is a plus Excellent English and German skills are required for this position; other languages, e.g.
