IT-Vendor & Software Asset Manager (m/w/d)

• Planning and control of IT negotiation preparation including IT assessment for major negotiations in cooperation with IT team leaders and other stakeholders

• Responsibility for global IT Vendor management including the active design of the interface between IT and purchasing as well as the further development of procurement processes

• Technical advice on purchasing and continuous development of the supplier portfolio

• Coordination of negotiations with suppliers and support of departments in individual provider management

• Ensuring and benchmarking competitive prices and quality at suppliers for IT services and projects

• Responsibility for all global software licenses (e.g. Microsoft and SAP) and ensuring license compliance for all software products in the Group

• Definition of standards and processes for global software asset management of all central software licenses

• Close cooperation with the areas of Purchasing, IT Team Leads, Architecture, Controlling and Management of Projects and Initiatives

• Complete study or vocational training with professional experience in the IT or shopping sector

• Good knowledge of the common license and contract models of major software manufacturers, Microsoft and SAP

• Experience in IT Vendor Management, in particular planning, preparation and coordination of important negotiations and tenders and their project implementation

• Very good analytical and methodological skills and abstraction capability

• Ability to present complex facts at C-level level

• Precise, independent and self-responsible operation and care for details

• German and English knowledge in word and writing
