Projektmanager (m/w/d).

What you expect: Responsibility for the technical operation and maintenance of buildings & areas, technical installations and infrastructure systems Planning, coordination and monitoring of maintenance, repair and modernisation measures Control and monitoring of external (FM) service providers and ensuring compliance with maintenance contracts and their documentation and verification obligations Analysis and optimization of operating costs and implementation of sustainable and energy-efficient measures and their monitoring Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, standards and safety standards documentation of all relevant technical processes and measures as well as the associated further development of a building documentation Support in the planning and implementation of construction and reconstruction measures Contact person for internal and external stakeholders for all technical matters of building management

What you bring: Complete training or study in the field of facility management, building technology, electrical engineering, supply technology or comparable qualification

Multiannual experience in technical building management or a similar area

Funded knowledge in the field of building technology, energy management and occupational safety (Focus fire protection)

Experience in managing service providers and external partners

Self-employed, solution-oriented and structured work

Communication strength and team capacity

Safe handling of MS Office
