Project Manager - HVAC / Utility Systems / Building Services Engineering (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the holistic management of projects in the technical building equipment (HKLS) – from conception to execution to final handover. You run and motivate your project team and act as a central interface for all internal and external project participants. You actively control the adherence to dates, costs and quality standards and take over the associated controlling as well as the follow-up management. As a central contact person, you are planning to communicate with clients, suppliers as well as after-contractors and ensure partnership cooperation. You ensure the consistent application of the VOB and ensure complete technical documentation throughout the project.

You have a degree in supply technology, a training as a technician:in or master:in (SHK/LÃ1⁄4ftung) or a comparable qualification and already brings professional experience in the TGA project management. You are safe in dealing with the VOB and have a good understanding of time, quality and cost control. With your structured way of working and your communicative skills, you can perform project teams in a manner that is binding to all project participants. Ideally, you are familiar with the current MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel. You speak and write German.
