Projektmanager (m/w/d). This is your field of action:

• Administration and care of the housing owners communities.
• Preparation and implementation of WEG collections.
• Implementation and accompaniment of decisions and determination of the optimization possibilities of the objects to be supervised.
• Commercial and technical support of rental apartments.
• Implementation and creation of bills and accounting.
• Intensive cooperation and correspondence with stakeholders and service providers.

This distinguishes you:

• You have completed vocational training in the real estate sector, optimally you are a real estate businessman (m/w/d) or specialist businessman (m/w/d) for the management of housing property.
• You have professional experience in WEG administration and/or lease management.
• They have a high communication capability and flexibility.
• They are open to topics such as digitalization, hybrid owner meetings and customer portals.
