Welcome to our recruiting team! As a talent Acquisition Manager (w/m/d), you take over the full-cycle recovery for your specialist field to be supervised. You are responsible for recruiting different vacancies at different hierarchical levels. You are a Sparring partner for your departments in recruiting new talents. You have your Recruiting KPIs at any time and you can derive recommendations from them. You accompany the candidate through the entire Recruiting process and ensure an excellent Candidate Experience. You are the main contact partner for our job advertisements and are in close contact with our external service providers.
You have a successfully completed study of BWL, psychology, social sciences or a comparable field of study. You have at least 1.5 years of experience in in-house recruiting (ideally in the start-up industry). You have already worked in the Hiring process in different areas and are a negotiating partner at eye level. You have well-founded methodological skills as well as deep know-how in conducting interviews and measure your success using appropriate numbers. You are only satisfied when you have managed to assemble the best team together with your specialist area.
