Personnel Officer 38h/week (m/f/d)

Staff support: You are the trusted contact person for our employees from the commercial and technical field – from entry to exit. You implement administrative and contractual adjustments, moderate conflict talks, conduct BEM actions and work closely with the works council. Strategic HR consultancy: You advise the executives from your support group on all HR questions, analyze personal-strategic measures and actively accompany changes. Personnel planning: You work with short- and long-term personnel planning, work closely with recruiting and support there. Performance management: You support target and performance management and advise on personnel development. HR Processes & Projects: You ensure the implementation of all policies, optimize processes and contribute to digitization projects. Transformation projects: You actively participate in cultural development projects, promote modern working methods and support transformation processes. Data analysis & reporting: You use HR metrics to derive recommendations, monitor KPIs and create regular reports.

Practical experience 3–5 years: You know the first-hand care of industrial and technical personnel and know exactly what is relevant in practice. Education & Study: You have successfully completed a commercial training or a study in BWL, personnel management or a comparable field of expertise. Law & Tariff: Labour and Social Insurance Law are almost routine for you, and ideally you also have experience with collective agreements – like from the dairy or food industry. IT & HR tools: You are fit in HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or comparable systems and use digital tools securely. Works Council: You know how to work constructively with the Works Council. Personality: You appear safe and friendly, keep in mind enforcement and fingertip feeling alike. Teamplayer: You like to work in the team, bring your ideas and support your colleagues in a solution-oriented manner.
