As a junior sales manager at our location in Berlin, you will therefore enthuse customers from the outset for OMS. You understand the individual needs and offer suitable solutions. To maintain high customer satisfaction at the Berlin site, we expand our sales team You win our customers through the active acquisition of pre-qualified contacts in your own sales area You conduct professional sales talks with customers and build a strong and long-term customer relationship You determine the individual customer needs, take the pricing and get the best deals for our service You proactively advise your customers on order repetitions and other services, so You are always perfectly positioned You exchange closely with the sales service in Berlin and support it in contract conclusion

You ideally have a degree or relevant experience in the commercial sector You listen actively, communicate purposefully and safely with different customer groups to inspire them You are ready to take responsibility and actively seek new challenges You are skillful in finding solutions to achieve both your own and the goals of our customers You have already shown that you have a good hand in negotiations and want to further develop this ability
