Your duties

• Technical translation of marketing campaigns into the Customer Data Platform environment (CDP)
• Supporting regional marketing managers through training, data-based outcome analysis and individual advice to effectively use the CDP
• Analysis and definition of target groups to develop personalised campaigns.
• Development and optimization of strategies for segmentation to create relevant and personalized customer experiences
• Interface function between marketing, IT and data teams to integrate the CDP strategy
• Accompanying change management processes and introducing new marketing technologies to ensure smooth introduction and acceptance of the CDP
• Optimization of CDP use by best practices, automation and personalization of campaigns
• Ensuring compliance with data protection and compliance policies and consulting the marketing teams with relevant requirements
• Coordination of the central CDP usage for consistent and efficient campaign control

Your profile

• Completed master and/or bachelor studies in the field of marketing or a comparable subject.
• Multiannual experience in customer data platforms, marketing automation or data-driven marketing in a complex B2B environment.
• Knowledge of the use and implementation of marketing experience platforms.
• Knowledge of concepts such as audience segmentation, data modeling and personalization in digital channels
• Experience with compliance topics, in particular in the field of data protection (e.g. GDPR), is advantageous.
• Very good analytical skills and are safe in handling data analysis tools as well as office packages.
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Technical data understanding is advantageous.
• Structured, analytical and result-oriented working methods and have a high degree of self-initiative
• Joy of cross-departmental cooperation and understand how to combine different interests and requirements to communicate complex technical relationships in a comprehensible manner and act as a link between IT and marketing
• Embossed project management skills and the ability to control several projects in parallel.
• Team player with hands-on mentality and a proactive, solution-oriented way of working
