Collection and processing of incoming requests and orders received by telephone and in writing by our national and international trading partners and related companies Coordination of internal and external interfaces for order fulfillment, in particular compliance with customer commitments and delivery dates Retour and complaint processing in cooperation with QS Customer correspondence and telephone calls in English Compilation of all documents relevant for export (EU, EFTA, third countries)

A completed commercial training Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing First professional experience, ideally in sales internationally advantageous Experience in creating export documents (export accompanying documents, long-term supplier declarations) desirable Good PC user knowledge of MS Office / SAP readiness for personal development Very good understanding, communication strength and a solution-oriented mode of operation High interface competence as well as a very pronounced sales and service A healthy portion of humor and a smile on your face round off your profile
