Your daily tasks:

• Self-configuring, brushing and operating modern CNC machines (including Gleason, Pfauter, Profiroll, Klink)
• Implementation of tool measurement and monitoring tool life
• machining of teeth by impacting, milling, rolling, peeling and rooms
• Deburring of workpieces
• independent quality control and process monitoring according to test plan
• Optimization of manufacturing processes, CNC programs and machines and equipment
• Analysis and elimination of faults and implementation of small maintenance and maintenance work
• Feedback of manufacturing orders in the computer system and careful documentation of operations

Take this with you:

• Completed training as machining mechanic, tool mechanic or comparable qualification with well-founded CNC skills
• as an alternative, completed technical training with relevant experience in the CNC sector
• Safe handling of CNC-controlled machines
