TEAMLEITER INBETRIEBNAME (M/W/D) Business area: Processing | Place of use: Lengerich | Type of contract: Fixed employment | Start: now As a team coordinator in or deputy r team leader in for commissioning, you are responsible together with your team manager and the test team for the smooth operation of our machines and modules. You can expect exciting tasks: In technical terms, you can support about 30 in-company workers. They coordinate the daily routines and act as a contact person in the colleagues in specialist questions. To ensure that topics are solved in a sustainable manner, bring your methodological knowledge to the problem solution and thus ensure that these issues are dealt with in a sustainable manner. A very important point of your tasks: They coordinate the further qualification of employees. Processes optimize the productivity within the area. As part of the fault management, you ensure trouble-free commissioning. For operational and strategic decision-making, prepare key figures for the daily shopfloor meetings and management. They represent the team leader and support him in various leadership tasks. You perform your tasks in single-layer operation.

You have completed training as an industrial mechanic in or an electronic in as well as a further education as a technician *in; alternatively you have completed a degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering. You have professional experience in mechanical engineering. Your tasks require good English skills. You are ready for occasional missions.
