In this role, you take responsibility for all on-site activities of medium-sized to large projects in the field of electrical and control technology, e.g. projects infrastructure (BESS, transformers), H2 / Power-to-X generator plants, water (water plants, sewage sludge incineration, sewage plants) – with the aim of achieving project results cost-effectively, on time and in the highest quality.

You contribute to the Automation / Energy Industries division in Mannheim. The main interest groups are project leaders, colleagues, entrepreneurs and customers.

You are mainly responsible for:

Head of construction sites in the field of electrical and control technology and coordination and control of all on-site activities – from construction, assembly and testing to commissioning and final acceptance by the customer, in compliance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedules and safety requirements Professional leadership of the project team and the entrepreneurs, including control of professional implementation up to acceptance Participation in regular construction meetings as the first respondent for safety, construction and commissioning, in close coordination with customers, subcontractors and project managers Ensuring continuous progress, including regular reports and complete site documentation Sovereign and solution-oriented behavior also in stressful or challenging situations temporary support in the provision of assembly and installation tasks

Completed training or studies in the field of electrical engineering or automation technology (technicians, Bachelor or comparable) Passion for technical solutions as well as pronounced communication strength, enforcement ability, organisational talent and team spirit Pleasure of construction sites, mainly within Germany High travel readiness for Germany-wide project assignments, partly over several weeks to months on site Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good English knowledge
