Responsible for maintenance, costs and budget Technical preparation and coordination of maintenance tasks Create and maintain technical documentation Plans of conversion and extension structures Preparing and implementing projects

Graduated Higher Education of Engineering (Bachelor / FH Diploma) in the Department of Construction Long-term proven professional experience in equivalent activity in infrastructure or plant engineering Experiences in the maintenance, coordination of work and processing of (construction)projects in these fields, with a focus on building in stock / ongoing operation Knowledge and experience gained in the maintenance of areas of supply and disposal (water, waste water, steam), preferably power plant periphery and infrastructure, concrete and building construction Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and preventive safety

Remuneration: We pay according to TVöD VKA with regular salary increases, an annual special payment and an additional occupational pension (VBL). Work-Life-Balance: We have a 39-hour week, 30 days vacation and free on 24 and 31 December. We also offer flexible working time models with leisure compensation.
