Tasks

As a CNC machine operator (m/w/d), you are responsible for operating, setting and upgrading CNC lathes and machining centers. You check the finished parts and keep your commitment to a smooth manufacturing process. In the event of disturbances, you enter or pass on them and document the production steps reliably.

A typical working day starts with checking your machines and preparing the production orders. You set up the machines, change tools and monitor production. During the layer you check the quality of the finished parts and document the results carefully. Your work significantly contributes to the production running efficiently and meeting the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Completed training as machining mechanic, machine and plant leader (m/w/d) or relevant professional experience in the operation of CNC machines
• Alternative professional experience in production
• First experience in CNC machines, ideally with programming skills (not necessarily necessary)
• Teamability and reliability
• ready for 3-shift work
• Careful and accurate operation
• Self-working
