(Senior) Supply Chain & Value Stream Manager (m/w/d)

To fulfill our mission, we are looking for a (Senior) Supply Chain & Value Stream Manager (m/w/d). With strategic vision and operational drive, you will ensure the maximum performance of our supply chain processes. In doing so, you take responsibility for the digitization and optimization of the flows of goods, coordinate projects to implement new logics and processes in our demand planning software and shape an intelligent, automated distribution of goods. (Senior) Your delivery area: You control and optimize the flow of goods and make bottlenecks transparent for all stakeholders

Data-driven analysis of the end-to-end value flows allows you to identify optimization potentials and implement solutions to increase efficiency together with the supply chain team

You drive the digitalization and automation of goods flow control with focus on RELEX and other control systems

You understand process requirements and translate them into new logics and processes in RELEX and ensure their smooth implementation

You work closely with different stakeholders to optimally integrate cross-disciplinary processes

You have this assortment: You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a comparable field

You have several years of experience in controlling and optimizing supply chain processes, have comprehensive knowledge of how to handle dispositive processes, and are passionate about using tools such as RELEX, JD, SAP, D365 or similar systems.

You have strong analytical skills, a high level of problem-solving competence and are burning for the topics of digitalization and automation

You are strong in communication and can represent complex facts in a comprehensible and transparent manner

You are passionate about innovation, digital transformation and efficiency enhancement in the supply chain and bring a hands-on mentality
