Leadership, organisation and further development of the associated employees Designing and implementing strategic corporate policies in the area of responsibility Use, resource and capacity planning for efficient management of operational tasks Instruction, training and support of new colleagues Acquisition and support of projects and contracts in coordination with internal and external partners Active cooperation in the team and constructive exchange with other disciplines

Complete studies in geography, natural sciences or environmental sciences, civil engineering or completed training in the fields of surveying, civil engineering, geomatics or comparable qualifications Equipped with multi-year professional and leadership experience Knowledge of supply networks in electricity, natural gas, water, heat and broadband Safe in dealing with the German language (min. C1 language level) as well as a safe occurrence against internal and external contact persons Safe handling of current MS Office applications Class B driving licence Customer and service-oriented mode of operation combined with high readiness Quality, responsibility and cost awareness as part of the project and team management Teamability, resilience and ability to motivate employees Self-contained, structured and target-oriented operation with a view to efficient processes
